My name is Rahel Waro and I am the owner of NobleCare Adult Family Home (AFH). I am a qualified caregiver with over 20 years of caregiving experience. I had worked as a CNA/caregiver in various settings including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, private care, and Adult Family Home.
Working in a private care and in an AFH has allowed me to give more personalized attention to the residents, and the ongoing lessons I learned from them have in return made a lasting impact in my life, which it one of the reasons why I wanted to spend the next chapter in my life bringing care to the residents in my AFH.
My husband, Tatek Worku, is an RN with 16 + years of experience as a nurse at various settings. My husband is the RN for NobleCare AFH and we manage the home together. We are very passionate about providing quality care. We are very friendly, and we strive to work with the family and resident to meet their needs.
The home it staffed 24 hours per day with qualified caregivers to attend the resident’s needs. All staff are certified and licensed as CNAs or HCAs as well as with specialty training in dementia and mental health. NobleCare AFH it a high-quality home and we are committed to provide individually tailored quality care to the residents to the end of life.
